Gay Toronto 2017
Church Street in the Church – Wellesley Village, is the hive of gay activity in Toronto. Just one block east of Yonge Street, Toronto’s main thoroughfare and the bottom end of the longest street in the world.
However, there is an increasingly popular area in the art district of Toronto, with strongly gay-friendly, rather than exclusively gay venues popping up, on Queen Street West, which is now known as the Queer West Village. Both the Drake Hotel & the Gladstone Hotel have become favorites with gay visitors to Toronto and their bars are frequented by local gay folk.
